The VNAVY Owners Board has made the following promotions, effective 0001 01OCT2009:
LT Chad Harris VN: To 0-4 Lieutenant Commander, and will continue to command the USS Kaufmann.
SA Ray Knouse VN: To E-3 Seaman (Sonar Technician) and will be deployed to the USS Kaufmann.
